Codename: Panzers Phase Two listed at Top PC Games for 2005 at GameDaily.com
GameDaily, the content partner site to content-distribution powerhouse Gigex, has posted their "Top PC Games of 2005" feature today, and Codename: Panzers Phase Two has made it onto the list.

"An improved graphics engine provides gorgeously-detailed cities and forests, all of which can be obliterated using all sorts of weapons. New to this game is an enhanced editor that allows you to craft your own missions as well as cut scenes, the ability to hijack enemy vehicles by raising the temperature, and a multiplayer mode that'll allow four players in teams of two to annihilate one another."

Codename: Panzers Phase Two, the second game in Stormregion's successful series of RTS games in the Codename Panzers series, is shaping up for a June 2005 release. Thanks to CDV's Mario Kroll, I was able to get a hands on the preview of the game and walk away with a great impression of what is to come. While Phase Two is officially a full sequel, it also bears many characteristics of an expansion to the acclaimed original: it contains everything that made the first game great, along with some very welcome additions that will surely improve the experience of playing Phase Two.

Codename: Panzers Phase Two is shaping up for a June 2005 release, and from what I have seen so far, it is looking great. All of the elements that made Phase One great will sure to make Phase Two even better.

Codename: PANZERS - Phase Two Website Update
Unfortunately, thousands of Panzers fans will have to exercise another week of patience until the sequel to PHASE ONE is finally on the shelves. To make sure you don't have to just sit around twiddling your thumbs, the PHASE TWO website has been majorly overhauled and is ready to be surfed. You'll find overwhelming ingame screen shots, impressive artwork and new units.
